clapping-hands-6Toyota of Plano as of last year took the #29 spot in the USA as one of the highest volume Toyota dealer in the nation.  Their massive population growth coupled with their dedication to a painless and pleasant car buying experience propelled them to the top spot last year.

On top of breaking records last year for car sales, this year they’re breaking more…ours.

Where other “basic chat” service brings 1-2% conversion rates, Crossroads benchmarks 2 – 4%.  During some unique periods we’ve seen them as high as 5%.  That is, until Toyota of Plano showed up.  With their massive amounts of volume we expected a lower conversion rate to be honest but were pleasantly surprise when they beat our top record with a 5.8% conversion rate tripling the volume of their previous “basic chat” provider.  WOW.  Here’s what they had to say:
