Up to 35% of your virtual showroom opportunities are now coming from mobile.  In April Google announced its algorythm changes to adapt to mobile.  Here are a few questions you need to  be asking your team in anticipation of this shift:

  1. Are our vendors aware of this?  What have they done to be mobile friendly?
  2. Is our website Mobile Friendly (click to test)
  3. What is my website percentage of mobile visits vs. Desktop?

At Crossroads we love our mobile audience!  We provide a mobile friendly chat system as well as text messaging for those millenials that need to SMS.  Check out our texting solution at textstr.com.

Let us know if you would like our CTO to do a complimentary review of your site(s) to assess your mobile friendlyness and your ability to WOW your online customer.  Just chat with us 24/7!
