Megan was searching for a truck in a lower price range than they had been shown the day before at a different dealership. She conveyed to Danielle exactly what she was looking for and was happy to find that Danielle was able to show her several vehicles that matched her criteria. Megan seemed a bit anxious when she added that just because they qualified to pay more didn’t mean they intended to. She also shared that she would be coming in to our dealership that day; however, Danielle was still able to obtain her contact information so that the sales team could email some photos and information in advance of her visit. Megan left the chat more relaxed about the process and confident that our team could help her find just the right vehicle, at the right price.
