Cam opened a chat with Cristi late in the evening, not really expecting much in the way of customer service. The particular vehicle Cam was looking for wasn’t listed in the online inventory, but Cristi made sure to convey to Cam that his preferences are very important to a client of ours. She was able to identify his ideal vehicle and assured him that the sales team would follow up promptly to discuss details.
Cam was a bit hesitant about providing his contact information, as he works the graveyard shift and has difficulty syncing his schedule with the dealership’s hours; however, Cristi was able to establish some common ground and make him feel very comfortable. Ultimately, Cam was amazed to encounter such excellent customer service online late at night, especially since some recent encounters with other dealerships had left him with a bad impression.
